Bio:

A vivacious performer, voice artist, playwright, dramaturge, director, and avid short story writer and storyteller, Heather brings energy, joy and a touch of humour to all that she does.

RITUAL, her first published short story appears in Canadian Voices, Volume II while her one-act play, DINNER AT LE PAPILLON BLEU, appears in Canadian Imprints Volume II. She is the winner of the 2016 Joseph Smerdelj Short Story Writing Competition for COLOUR THERAPY, now published in Canadian Imprints Volume III. Heather has also written three full length plays that have been professionally produced including FORGOTTEN VOICES, a celebration of the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812, which was performed outdoors in 2013 in parks, at museums and on the south lawn of Queens Park.

Heather is the founding Artistic Director of the Sirius Theatrical Company in south Etobicoke, which has been a part of the Toronto theatre scene for more than 30 years. She has also worked across Canada performing in, directing or producing more than 80 shows.
