Since retiring from public service in 2013, Susan Ksiezopolski has
\nre-ignited her award winning writing. She has developed and delivers
\ncreative writing workshops across the GTA. Susan has published two
\npoetry books and recently launched \u201cThe Writer\u2019s Workbook, Free the\u00a0Writer Within\u201d a creative writing aid.\u00a0 The focus of Susan\u2019s writing is\u00a0not solely for telling her own stories and for her own self-expression\u00a0but to also help others to be inspired to tap into their writing voice\u00a0and capture their stories. Her motto is \u201cEveryone has a right to have\u00a0their voice heard it they choose to use it, regardless of their\u00a0circumstances\u201d.\u00a0She is a member of the Canadian Authors Association, The Mississauga\u00a0Writer\u2019s Group and a recent graduate of the Humber School for Writers.\u00a0Her work has been featured in the Canadian Immigrant magazine and in\u00a0numerous other on-line platforms. Susan\u2019s dedication for inspiring\u00a0others to find their voice also prompted her to volunteer with the\u00a0Toronto Writer\u2019s Collective, where she is now a trained facilitator\u00a0supporting the TWC mission to deliver workshops that \u201cencourage voice\u00a0and illuminate undiscovered strength in Toronto\u2019s most vulnerable\u00a0communities to transform lives\u201d.
